Data Collected for Client Account:
Certain features of the Website can be visited and browsed without the need to register or create an account. However, to access our client services, you must create an account on our electronic charting system. During account creation, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, physical address, and a password of your choice. We may use this information to contact you about your upcoming appointment or enrollment in an online course. Your personal and medical information collected during our sessions will be stored in compliance with PIPEDA.
Cookies:
A cookie is a small file that is sent from a web server to a web browser when the browser visits the server's site. Credit Card Information:
LIVIT does not collect or retain credit card information. The processing of all payments is via E-transfer or is outsourced to our third party service provider, Stripe. You should read and understand the privacy policy of any third party service provider.
